• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners including Razorpay and PhonePe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which can be found on our website. Generally, refunds are not provided after the 7-day period unless there are exceptional circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StudentsDunia and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
